Heart & Stone Legacy provides memorial design and concierge services.

All memorial concepts, design directions, written materials, layouts, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Heart & Stone Legacy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are required as outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, package description, or service agreement.

Because our work is custom and begins with personalized discovery, planning, and creative development, custom work is non-refundable once started.

Heart & Stone Legacy is not liable for third-party outcomes, including but not limited to monument fabricators, cemeteries, installers, florists, digital providers, weather, cemetery maintenance practices, or environmental conditions.
